The complex is situated near to the sea front in Mojacar Playa, Almeria.

Constructed in a square there is a mixture of two bed apartments and three bed town houses. It opened towards the end of 2005.

It is a securely gated complex, with either underground parking or allocated street level spaces. The three communal pools lay on the inside.
